Cookies are small files stored on your device when you visit a website. This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies we use, in line with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR.
These make the site work, for example by keeping it secure, remembering your search filters during a visit and recording your cookie choices. They do not need your consent and cannot be switched off, but they do not track you across other websites.
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4, through Google Tag Manager, to understand how many people visit, which pages they read and how they found us. This information is aggregated and helps us improve the site. These cookies are set only after you agree to them.
With your consent, we use Google Ads and the Meta Pixel to measure which advertisements lead to enquiries and to show relevant advertising on other platforms. Google and Meta may combine this information with data they already hold, under their own privacy policies. These cookies are set only after you agree to them.
When you arrive from one of our campaigns, the web address may include campaign tags. If you then send an enquiry, we store those tags with it so we know which campaign brought you to us. This is described in our privacy policy.
You can accept or decline non-essential cookies when you first visit, and you can change your mind at any time. Withdrawing consent stops further collection but does not affect what was collected before.
You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site from working. You can opt out of Google Analytics across all sites with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Analytics and advertising cookies typically last between 90 days and two years, depending on the provider. We ask for your consent again at least every 12 months.
If you have any questions about cookies, please get in touch through our contact page. Our privacy policy explains your wider rights and how to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
